I am a Child of God

Romans 8:16-18
¹⁶ The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,
¹⁷ and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.
¹⁸ For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

I am One with God

John 17:20-21
“I ask not only on behalf of these, but also on behalf of those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that they may all be one. Just as you, Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be one in us, so that the world may believe that you sent me.

This was the prayer of Jesus; do you think father would grant Jesus his wish?

This was a Mystery but now revealed

Col 1:26
The mystery of which was hidden for ages and generations [from angels and men], but is now revealed to His holy people (the saints), 27 To whom God was pleased to make known how great for the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ within and among you, the Hope of [realizing the] glory.

We will be powerless until we fully grasp who and what we are in Christ

A personal revelation of the mystery needs to take place

We need to focus on our highest purpose in life: to be the dwelling place of God

We have the idea that we can dedicate our gifts to God. However, you cannot dedicate what is not yours. There is actually only one thing you can dedicate to God, and that is your right to yourself.

2Co 6:16
…. For we are the temple of the living God; even as God said, I will dwell in and with and among them and will walk in and with and among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

We persist in allowing self to sit on the throne of our lives: we make the decisions, we decide what to give to God, or what we are prepared to do for Him.

We are unable to deny self and let the Holy Spirit work through us

God is not interested in what we can do for Him, He wants to work through us.

If we will let Him.

Our Resolve Should be

To abide in Him

John 15:4
Abide in me, and I will abide in you. Just as the branch cannot produce fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me.

To renew the mind

Eph 4  
¹⁷ This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of^[d] the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, ¹⁸ having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; ¹⁹ who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
²⁰ But you have not so learned Christ, ²¹ if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: ²² that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, ²³ and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, ²⁴ and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

Surrender

A saint realizes that it is God who engineers his circumstances; consequently there are no complaints, only unrestrained surrender to Jesus.

Cast the crown of who you are before the voice of truth

The mind needs to be cultivated into a place of peace

Peace is dependant on righteousness

The joy of the Lord, our strength cannot flow without peace

After entering the Promised Land the Spirit of God settled in Shiloh: Place of peace.

The only other place God ever moved to was Jerusalem: City of Peace

Start calling the things that are not, as though they are.

Then follow your words of with action

As the Universe and everything within was spoken into being.

Speak life into yourself and everyone around your.

Let every word you speak be a seed of life and peace.

Amen

I had a dream last night. I saw myself being inducted into a position at a school with children ranging from ages 8 through 12 years old. I was walking down a bed lined dormitory, eager children jostled around me seeking my attention, other teachers stood by in the shadows watching the commotion, with smiles on their faces. At that time I did not know what I was supposed to be doing there, but I experienced a spirit of joy and peace combined, abiding in, and through me. I was at peace with the children and my new found position. I walked down to the lake side and started helping a boy untangle a fishing line, then I had a camera in hand, I took pictures of the children. They asked if I would teach them to take photographs as well, and I agreed that I would.

The group of children who had now grown to about twenty in number moved with me as I walked around what seemed to be a holiday or summer camp. I sat them down in the shade, on a grass patch, and immediately as I spoke they fell still, and I spake these words.

"You have heard it said by the teachers that they will help you reach your full potential, but I now say to you, I come to help you reach the primary purpose of your life, that you, your bodies, become the home of God on earth."

I woke up.
